HR is rolling out new eForms to replace the paper-based HR Event Form and streamline administrative processes across the University.
Bundle 2 of the Mosaic HR eForms will launch in January 2022 instead Q4 2021. This decision was made, based on consultation with our community, to accommodate year-end payroll processing with minimal impact on T4s, and to develop a seamless user experience. These include eForms for contract extensions, retirements, terminations, schedule updates and compensation adjustments request for all employee groups, except Clinical Faculty and MUFA. The work to digitize and streamline Clinical Faculty and MUFA related processes will commence shortly after the launch of Bundle 2.
As of September 24th, the Request New Position eForm will no longer require Research Finance, FHS Finance or PI approval.
