Ensure all HR Service and Operations staff, as well as employees in faculties and departments who administer HR functions, have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to deliver exceptional levels of accuracy and service.

  • Start with the Payroll and the Service Center, refine recently drafted organization design. Ensure design reflects workflow and the specialized knowledge required in payroll (align with HR Review recommendation to abandon generalist model in the service center).   • Clarify pan-University role descriptions (including behavioural aspects of teamwork, service and collaboration).
  • Identify opportunities to improve knowledge, skills and behaviours required to deliver exception levels of accuracy and service.
