Special Premium Payment process has been continually challenging, particularly within the FHS.  This was identified as priority by the HR governance.  Optimizing the SPP process will ensure proper controls and approvals, and enable pay accuracy. The discovery phase of the SPP project is complete and the solution is being targeted to launch in Fall of 2023.
