Position Management Cleanup: Thanks to the collaborative efforts across departments, 93% of position data files have been updated. Updating position data will help users leverage new self-service forms and features in Mosaic, streamline processes and improve the accuracy and reliability of data.
HR Event Form: New online guided processes within Mosaic are in development to replace the existing paper HR Event Form, with the goal of an improved user experience. The first two online forms launching will be Request New Position and Request Position Data Update, in the coming months. The new process will reduce paper-based issues and processing delays. Updates will continue to be provided as work on this project continues.What’s Next
Upcoming priorities for the project team will include continued work on expansion of the HR Partner pilot in collaboration with FHS and Faculty of Science.
