November Mosaic HR eForms Update
The Employee Change Request eForms will launch as of January 18, 2022, which will automate the requests for Retirements, Terminations, Contract Extensions, Compensation Adjustments and Schedule Changes. The following groups will soon receive invitations to attend training the week of January 10, 2022:
- Department/Faculty Leaders and Administrators
- Department, Finance, and Research Finance approvers (e.g. Department Managers, Finance Managers)
- HR Strategic Partners, Advisors and other roles who provide support and guidance to departments; and
- HR Service Centre and FHS HR
Since May 17 and as of October 31, 2,946 Position Management eForms have been submitted and 2,738 eForms were completed across 250 departments – within a less than 24-hour median completion turnaround.
