On May 17th, 2021, the paper-based HR Event Form began transitioning to the Mosaic eForm:
This Fall, additional eForms will become available to process transactions such as contract extensions, retirements, terminations, schedule updates and compensation adjustments.
Feedback from users and departments has been positive. Users have conveyed the ease and simplicity of the eForm, the comprehensive instruction guides and training videos, and the rapid responsiveness of the team to mitigate any issues facing the user. According to the feedback received from Department of Athletics and Recreation and others, “Amazing process. It has saved days of work from the old process and eliminated the steps for having to chase for approvals, which could take days and weeks.”
To date, more than 785 eForms have been fully approved and updated into the system across 152 departments, with a 33% one-day turnaround completion rate. The successful transition to the new HR eForms is thanks to cross-functional collaboration between the HR, UTS and Finance departments, as well as from the engagement and feedback from many colleagues spanning the McMaster community.
