February HR Review Progress Update
What’s Been Taking Place:
The HR Event Form is currently used to process over 20,000 Human Resources transactions every year. The current paper-based form will be retired and replaced with online e-Forms within Mosaic. Throughout 2021, processes will be redesigned and automated to support self-serve transactions at the manager and administrator level to initiate HR Events and payroll activities. The e-Forms will be rolled out in phases and advance communication will take place before each new e-Form is available. The first eForms will be launched in April 2021 to Request New Positions and make Position Data Updates in Mosaic. Virtual training will be offered in the coming months to prepare users for this exciting improvement.
