December Mosaic HR eForms Update
Since May 17 and as of November 30, 3,405 Position Management eForms have been submitted and 3,173 eForms have been completed across 264 departments.
Following the successful launch of the Position Management eForms, the Employee Change Request eForms will launch as of January 18, 2022. The Employee Change request eForms will automate the requests for Retirements, Terminations, Contract Extensions, Compensation Adjustments and Schedule Changes. The following groups will soon receive invitations to attend training the week of January 10, 2022:
- Department/Faculty Leaders and Administrators
- Department, Finance, and Research Finance approvers (e.g. Department Managers, Finance Managers)
- HR Strategic Partners, Advisors and other roles who provide support and guidance to departments; and
- HR Service Centre and FHS HR
UAT testing is now complete, and the HR Project Team is developing training resources for the Bundle 2 launch. Stay tuned for information and updates to be communicated soon.
