Leave Management

The Leave Management project aims to streamline and simplify many of the HR processes related to employee time off. This process is very common, and is used whenever an employee takes vacation time, sick days or other leaves of absence. When done manually, leave management processes are very time consuming and can cause errors in Mosaic.

Approach

  • Review Leave of Absence processes and identify any areas for process improvement and efficiency
  • Implement Pre-authorized withdraw (debit pay) for benefit premiums while on a leave of absence
  • Review EHS Salary continuance reimbursement process
  • Implement automation for EHS Salary Continuance Reimbursement Review

  • Pre-authorized withdraw pilot phase throughout summer, went live October 26, 2020
