  • Established new Talent team within OD to support talent strategies and provide expert consultation on hiring and onboarding activities
  • Completed successful virtual Onboarding module pilot for TMG hires facilitated through HRSC and FHS HR
  • Launched new virtual Onboarding resources
  • Collaborated on the successful operationalization of the SPS-A1 policy advancing EDI in Faculty recruitment
  • New staff hiring guidelines, supporting resources and training developed and available
  • Multiple external partnerships launched to advance diverse sourcing strategies
  • Collaborating with the Faculty of Engineering on the Hiring Process Improvement Initiative; discovery phase complete; 43 recommendations
